Q: What are the crystals of your watches made of? If they are durable?
A: The crystals are made of mineral glasses, not getting scratched easily if properly using. Still, we kindly note you to avoid sharp, pointy things or impacts, such as falling down, falling off, etc., the accidents may cause crystals scratched.
Q: Is your watch water-resistant?
A: Our watches are all water-resistant, but we still need you to take off your watches when you are taking a shower or do water sports, to extend the life of your watches.

Q: Can you resize watch bands for me?
A: For Milanese straps, their clasps are slide clasps, which are able to adjust according to your wrist circumstance, or you may leave a note of your wrist circumstance when ordering. We will adjust the straps before shipment.
As for other kinds of straps, since it will cause several destructive actions, such as resizing or punching holes, to guarantee customers’ rights of returns, we don’t adjust watch straps for customers. We kindly inform you to take them to the nearest watch shop after confirming your order is not defective.
Q: What should I do if I have already adjusted my Milanese straps to the tightest, but they still too loose for me?
A: You can still clasp your Milanese straps even if they are not on the engraved levels. Therefore, you can adjust how tight you want them. However, you may need to use some force to push back down.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: If you order an in-stock product, starting from order succeed, your order will take three working days to ship (not including weekends and holidays), and it would arrive after four to ten working days
As for pre-orders or back-orders, we need to wait for cooperated manufactured to finish another bulk of products. It may take seven to thirty days to arrive at our warehouse. Then, we will ship these goods in chronological order of making orders.
Q: How do I change the content of my order?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, we need you to contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packaged or shipped, we can’t make any change.
Q: Do your products come with gift wrapping?
A: Watches are packaged in gift boxes; accessories are packaged with jewelry cards.
As for gift sets, watch & bracelet gift sets, accessory gift sets, and couple watch gift sets are packaged in gift boxes, coming with carry bags.
If you need extra gift boxes for the other products, you can also purchase them from our website. Before shipped, all our products are protected by another paper box and wrapped in bubble wrap.
Q: Do you offer return service if customers are unsatisfied?
A: All Radiant Star’s products are guaranteed with a 7-day cooling-off period (Notice: Cooling-off period doesn’t equal trial period.) Once products are used, it doesn’t fit the definition of the cooling-off period. You have the right to return any products that still in an cooling-off period, on the premise that returned products must be intact, unused, and brand new. Thus, we will process a return and a full refund for you.
